Action for Basic Community Development, abbreviated ADBA-DRC, is a Congolese non-profit organization with legal personality, as evidenced by the acknowledgment of receipt of its application for legal personality. Founded on June 15, 2000, in the city of Bukavu, ADBA is recognized by the Congolese State through the decisions of the following authorized bodies: Ministry of Justice and Keeper of the Seals.
